Vital Records
Statewide issuance of vital records that are available in our office are as follows:

| Birth | October 1, 1907 to present |
| Marriage | October 1, 1907 to present |
| Death | September 1, 2013 to present |
| Divorce | January 1, 2016 to present |
Vital records that do not meet the above criteria must be obtained from the county where the event occurred.
Fees for Vital records are as follows:
$20.00 for the first copy (of each record)
$3.00 for each additional copy
We accept cash, check, or money order as form of payment.
