Our mission is to provide Oneida County veterans, their family members and survivors with information about federal and state VA benefits and assist them with applying for the benefits they are interested in and eligible for. We will do this to the best of our ability using all means available. We will strive to provide customer service that is unparalleled, and we will treat our customers with the respect and dignity they deserve.
