Demo Site fee – $55/ton (compared to $72/ton transfer station)

Non-asbestos siding (vinyl is ok)
Ceramic: Tiles, sinks and toilets
Asphalt roofing and tar paper
Windows
Wood
Asphalt
Bricks/Masonry

NO OTHER ITEMS ALLOWED!

Banned Items:

Wrappers
Plastic bags
Paper
Caulk tubes
Carpet
Styrofoam
Boxes
Ceiling tiles

Insulation of any kind
Plastic nail trays
Fast food packaging
Fiberglass tubs
Shower stalls
Anything with asbestos
Household trash
Furniture

CARDBOARD and METAL of any type MUST be recycled and brought back to their proper sites.

PLEASE LET THE SCALE OPERATOR KNOW WHAT TYPE OF LOAD YOU HAVE IN ORDER TO BE CHARGED PROPERLY
