Snowmobile Trails

Oneida County has approximately 800 miles of public snowmobile trails, some state funded and others club-funded. The state-funded, county-sponsored trails are maintained by the Oneida County Snowmobile Council. There are also numerous road routes available. Official dates of trail opening and closing are published in the Oneida County newspaper and on the County government website.
